Well, in a broadcast last year, Tom was explaing the art portal in the redesign. He said users will be able to fav art without the artist being scouted. As for not showing up in your stats,I don't know what's up with that. I went to your art page to add you as a favourite artist. But the heart icon was gone. I guess its because you are not scouted.
