We had to cater a birthday party at someone's house. The menu was baked beans, potato salad,meatballs, fried chicken, turkey and cheeses sanwhich triangles, green lemon lime punch, cake, and a fruit table. It went very well. One man thought the fruit dip was ice cream, and ate out of the serving bowl with the serving spoon. That was nasty.

I guess that's possible for me. Get know them a little to see the true person. I have to find a way to stay in the shallow end so no one gets hurt.

I. Said. The. Same. Thing. Fried chicken and potato salad is the heart of the black community. We had to cater a black wedding once. They had rice pilaf, glazed carrots, broccoli casserole, side salads, grilled boneless chicken breasts, and croissant rolls. And people was asking where the fried chicken and macaroni at???
I actually really want some of that fried chicken.
If I had any left, I would give you some.
