So I have a condition called sciatica. Its when the sciatic nerve is constantly irritated. I'm in constant pain and it hurts like hell. Imagine stinging needles moving across your lower back and down your leg.
Doctor gave me 4 options for pain relief
Physical Therapy
Pain Management Injections
Narcotics
Drink one Alcoholic Beverage a day.
I picked physical therapy.
Ye I couldn't take up drinking alcohol. No thanks. I would choose that too.
Yeah. I can't make drinking a habit. Im always on the go and won't have time for it anyway.
Acupuncture or Chiropractic null my restless leg syndrome for a while. dunno if that would work in your case but it's all I can recommend.
Btw, don't why but I've been on a steady diet of films about prison lately :/ I may or may submit another review that I wrote a long time ago.
Acupuncture is something I'm curious about. Does it hurt?
As far as prison movies, have you ever seen Cool Hand Luke? Its really good. Lately I've been into gangster and hood movies( I'm going back to my childhood). Its funny how one can get hooked on a movie genre. Anyway if you decide to submit a review, ill be more than happy to read it.

I know I few people too. Their prices run from 20 to 200 a pill. Depending on the pill. Some got caught awhile back.
Holy cow, I just saw Cool Hand Luke on Thursday and I'm still processing what I think of it. Hear it's right up there with films like Shawshank which I've admittedly grown more iffy to over the years because they feel like they give a sort of Hollywoodized sugarcoat over the tone of that film but maybe that thought will change the next time I see it. Shawshank, I mean. Cool Hand felt like it was pressing more on the theme of non-conformity in a society that demands it. "What we have here is a failure to communicate"
Under StarPaladin's recommendation, I did see Hunger which I thoroughly enjoyed even though it's very slowly paced and has little to no dialogue for the first 40 minutes. Still, it got down to the filth-festival that was life in the Maze Prison better than any other film could've in this day and age.
I kinda agree with you on Shawshank. Its a great movie and all but its not as gritty as Cool Hand Luke. I don't know.
Now I've never heard of Hunger, I might have to check that out.
Have you seen The Last Castle? Its an ok movie not the best.
